Tabula Rasa - Ciel (needs testing)
I'm quite nervous since it's the first time i'm posting a layout to be converted, so please excuse me if i make any mistakes. Well, i would like it to be tested (especifficaly, i don't have IE 7, i have 8. Also i don't have Opera or Safari so i can't test on those browsers. I would also appreciate people testing this on their computers so i can get feedback on how it looks on different computers and resolutions, and be able to change things so this layout meets the requirements), so thank you in advance!
Note: Has been tested by me on Firefox and IE 8 under a 1024x768 and 800x600 resolution on Windows Vista.
Theme name/layout: Tabula Rasa Plain/Tabula Rasa

Some comments/suggestions I have (though they are certainly not the law of the land or anything mind you):
* Currently there is no journal name on the style, only the subtitle, and no reading page title on the reading page. We might want to think about putting those in.
* It might be nice to put the journal actions above or below the journal navigation on the right. We can make this so that it displays as a linked list of text descriptions--I think with a simple space as a divider, it might fit the aesthetic.
* Along those lines, if the profile module is active, the default icon might go very well above the journal navigation.
* This is a bit more ambitious, but maybe it would be possible to put other modules into the tertiary area and put it underneath the entries, like many one column styles do?
Things to think about for conversion:
* What colors should be changed into wizard options, and how fine grained should the number of specific things you can set colors for be?
* Are there any common requests for modification you have had people make? We might be able to accommodate them as options!

*You mean having the title and subtitle of the journal show? I wasn't really sure how to integrate them with the layout so i decided to get rid of them, but i may play with it and see how it comes out, any and all help/suggestions are very welcome.
*By journal actions, you mean the links to subscribe, post, etc that show under the userpic on the sidebar? If it's that, it would look good either above or below as you said (i don't know about conversion, but maybe if possible, let people choose if they want it above or below the navigation?)
About the other modules, you mean like a part of the sidebar that goes under the entries, where you can find links, calendar and possibly tags? That would be a little hard for me, i have never tried that, but i think it's a very good idea, it would look good.
I don't have any specifications for conversion. It would be good if people could change colours as they wanted (including background and all), so i leave that to the people who will prepare this layout for other's use.
And as for people's requests for modifications, i haven't had any except maybe people wanting a different colour sheme, but if you (or anyone) comes up with any suggestions, we may as well try to integrate them into the layout.
Lastly, i would like to note that i'm not a CSS expert ^^'' So some things may take me some time and experimentation, but i'm open to any criticism and help. I hope i got what you told me and didn't misunderstand anything haha!

Different color schemes would be fun! We might want to have several official color schemes of it to start out. Do you have any suggestions for alternatives? I've always found ColourLovers to be a great resources for design color schemes.
