I don't know if anyone sees this, but I did submit my cla pretty much on the day I posted this, and I got an affirmative mail back. Did something go wrong or is this just the usual time these things take *has no idea because is a noobie*?

Hi! This theme was committed yesterday. This means that it's not live on DW yet, but it will go live with the next code push. I can't tell you exactly when that will be, but this way it will be a nice surprise :)

If you're curious, the journey of your theme goes something like this:
- you make the theme and submit it here.
- someone (in this case, me) makes a patch that will add the theme to the DW code.
- someone else (in this case, fu) reviews the patch to make sure everything is okay
- if it is, then someone (in this case, also fu) commits the patch to the working version of the code. (This is the stage your theme is at right now.)
- we have a code push where all the latest additions/changes/fixes are made live on the site.

Sorry it took so long to get this done, there are lots of themes and only so many volunteers to patch them, but please keep submitting as we do get there eventually! I really love the colours you used here, I'm excited to see it go live - I hope you are too!
