ETA: I set page link colors for both of these styles. In Black or White, I am merely anticipating that they will be called at some future point by the layout layer.

In White or Black, I set them with a stylesheet, as the default blue/red/purple used by many browsers will be difficult to read on this dark theme.

Quick note: can you use layerbrowse instead of layeredit? That makes it easier to see the text (layeredit givs me an error about not being able to eidt the layer).
