Sorry about the wait, again. It's been a bit mad in RL. I kinda like it styled like the subtitle, if that works. And is there anyway that the default would be the two column style? Just that the three column style has really wide sidebars in the preview.

Oh that's because I was testing column spacing. It's back to the default now. You have wider sidebars in your source (20em instead of the default 15em) so I've kept them that way but tell me if you want them to be a bit smaller. And anything else you notice, of course.
