Hmm, looks like you don't have both source_viewable and is_public set on these layers!

source_viewable = 1, yes?

Yep yep, and is_public = 1 too

The is_public one lets the previews work, I think, and the source_viewable (which I think you already had on at least one of them) lets people view the code.
