Oh man, I miss these things sometimes. Thank you, and sorry :)
I understand not wanting to link your real name to your online identity. Now that we've hashed out the issue of the CLA, do you want us to use a different name than the author listed in the entry? The author in the theme metadata in the entry is generally what we use to credit the layout author in the sidebar/on the select journal style page; just tell us which name you'd prefer to use, and we'll be sure to use that instead :)

I just wanted to follow up with you on this, since we've been working on clearing out some older layout submissions lately! Looking into this layout, the person who's been working on converting submitted styles to system styles tells me that converting this one to work with all our system style requirements (multiple columns available, fluid width, meets basic accessibility requirements, works with navstrip, etc) would be extremely difficult, especially since we've made a number of changes to the core CSS since these have been submitted.
So I'm going to close out the bugs that we opened to convert them to system styles, unfortunately. If you'd like to update them to fit the current requirements for system styles, though, please do repost an updated version!
Thanks anyway for submitting them, though, and I'm sorry we couldn't make it work!
