new Stepping Stones theme: Friendly Colors

Already in Bugzilla as bug 3047.

This is a CSS positioning modification of Stepping Stones to support journal foreground/background colors as a strip down the side of the entry on the reading page, plus a few assorted tweaks because I was having fun with CSS.

I've tested this in Camino 2 and Safari 5 on the Mac. Further betas and constructive criticism are welcome.

The layer's not viewable. :/

I wasn't sure how to make it a public layer. But it might be easier just to use the patch from Bugzilla?

I did verify that the preview link worked when logged into a different account.

Having it viewable as a layer means users can c/p it and use it to test it on their journals. I know the wonderful baggyeyes often does that.

Okay. Where do I change the setting to make that possible?

Just insert layerinfo "source_viewable" = 1; into the layer. Making it public isn't necessary here.
