Colour Themes (Daydream Believer & Boxed In)

I added some extra silk icons to all themes, in some cases the original silk icons were modified to change their colours (I made arrows in different colours by tweaking hue/saturation). All of the backgrounds were made by me.

Hi Laitaine,

Do you still plan on patching these? (Just checking, no pressure :). I'd like to file them in Zilla but I'd like to know if I should assign them to you.

I do! I'm hoping my life might calm down into something approaching sane soon and I will actually have time to do it.
