Theme name/layout: Paper Me

Layout info: layer source | preview of the theme I was thinking would be the default (Silverquin; image from colourlovers - see below)
Image info: All themes use images in the public domain. They are grouped by source website below to hopefully make processing easier. Each theme layer also contains a direct link to the image source.
Additional info (for layouts): The layout disables custom comment pages by default and supports only the two-column right orientation. The modules can be re-ordered but not moved out of the sidebar. However, moving the other modules into the top section with the profile module will make them look funny as it is formatted bigger. Colors, fonts, and images are fully customizable via the wizard.

NOTE: I've tried to organize this post to make it more manageable, but there's so many in here that I may have forgotten something, so if I need to do it over again, go ahead and tell me!

*raises hand* I'm a bit confused, I'm sorry. But it looks like the colourlovers patterns are not public domain but rather CC under the attribution/share-alike/non-commercial license. And while the first two are no problem, I think Dreamwidth counts as commercial. Denise? Afuna? Yes/no?

The patternhead files aren't OK to use since their license prohibits redistribution and use of the images from your own server location. We'd have to contact them and see if they'd be willing to consider our use of the files OK. If they say no, we'd have to contact the creators of the patterns (a license from them would overrule patternhead's no-commercial-use). If the creator gives us written or emailed permission to use the files we can put them in dw-nonfree; if the creator is willing to sign a CLA we can put them in dw-nonfree.

For ColorLovers, we do indeed count as a commercial enterprise, so again, we can't use them without permission from the creator of the pattern (a license from them would overrule ColorLover's CC-BY-NC-SA). If the creator gives us written or emailed permission to use the files we can put them in dw-nonfree; if the creator is willing to sign a CLA we can put them in dw-free.

The third bunch is fine, since they're original.

Issue with Sinisteria

The image backgrounds don't display in Sinisteria.

Hey, picked this up to patch (I know, super-belated and all) - out of the usable layouts (group 3), what's your pref for a default?

Also, the LJ Scrapbook hosted images give me 403 Forbidden errors because Scrapbook is finicky - do you have the files elsewhere?
