There is a way to do it. What bothers me is that, as it's already live, some people may be a bit surprised to see their layout change. See what I mean? But I'll ask staff people. Another solution would be to make a new theme, with a transparent header and no outline, but in a different color theme. I'm going to ask right away, though.
