I'm not a coder or anything, but since the general public's been invited to submit color themes, I did this with the help of zvi's amazing tutorial. Let me know if there are any problems.

Hi Sky,

I've fixing a bug for Bases because the code used the wrong color for the header background and I noticed the color you've chosen for the header bkg is the same as the page background color, making the header transparent. As it's a bit different from other Bases themes, I want to make sure that this is what you meant to do.

Umm... if I remember right, I was originally trying to make the header the same color as the background before running headfirst into that bug, but I'm not sure how it would work with the brown outline... I don't imagine there's a way to remove that without actually digging into the CSS, so perhaps we should just go ahead and set the header bg to #f5e4da to keep it consistent with the way it currently appears on-site?

There is a way to do it. What bothers me is that, as it's already live, some people may be a bit surprised to see their layout change. See what I mean? But I'll ask staff people. Another solution would be to make a new theme, with a transparent header and no outline, but in a different color theme. I'm going to ask right away, though.

Well, to be honest I didn't realize there was a bug at the time, I thought it was intended behavior -- I submitted it with the expectation that the header would be the lighter #f5e4da, so I don't particularly mind keeping it as-is.
