License question

Could someone who can read legalese better than me tell me if a free theme licensed under a GNU General Public License is portable as an official DW style?

Thanks, Momiji! That would be awesome. I think it's a neat simple style and we don't have one quite like this one. Plus I wanna try my hand at the entries on two columns thing. I think it could be a fun option if it works.
