2 NaNoWriMo themes

Image info: Uses nanowrimo_participant_03_120x90.png (I'm currently rehosting it), one of the NaNoWriMo 2010 web badges. I've gotten permission to use the image, and have forwarded that permission to denise and fu.
Two themes were already submitted for Practicality based on the web badges this year - I'm not sure what name to give mine to separate it from those, or if this one's too similar.

I don't have the S2 knowledge to know if it's possible to let someone using the themes turn the web badge itself on or off. (If it is possible without being a lot of work, that'd be neat!) Conversion: the TR code needs to be stripped out of the layout layer, and that needs to become a TR child. Everything else should be good to go as-is.
