After much fighting with code and 2am debates about image placement options (a great big thank you to the members of #dw for having that with me), this thing is ready for submission

Additional info: CSS needs clean-up and condensing - I started it based on Paletteable, which inherits from Tabula Rasa, and partway through realized I needed to redo Print::page to get the results I wanted, so it's got the core TR stylesheet and the custom one. But I'll probably be doing the patching myself on this one again *g*
