Yes, that is exactly why theme-making is so addictive. Not to mention the warm fuzzy feeling that one gets from people liking something that you put time and effort into creating, that's an important part of it as well. (And then later getting to see it as an actual choice, and seeing people using it … it's a wonderful incentive to keep making more, and of course you can't just make one theme!)
