I deleted the "Namaste" post that just went through because it's the same exact layouts and I had done this as the more recent orange theme submission but changed the name on it because I didn't know if the name was a problem. :3
That is fine! Anyway, your posts will go straight through now, so you won't have to worry about getting hung up. The moderation isn't about prescreening themes coming through, more about preventing drive by unrelated posts since there's open posting.
Those look nice! Bit low contrast though. Orange text on orange background is hard to read! Especially the later two, where small text links are orange on orange. You may want to up the contrast there somewhat.
I kind of wanted everything in the theme to be some flavour of orange; it shows up OK on my monitor but if there's more demand for tweaking the link colours I can do that. ^^
