For the Negatives style, I have set visited link colors, but the style does not yet use them, so those will spring into existence later.

For the Transmogrified style, I have set page link colors, in anticipation of my suggestion to set them being approved and acted on.

FYI, just committed the fix for the Negatives bug!

re: blasted sands, we also added colors for interaction links et. al:

color_entry_interaction_links_hover
color_entry_interaction_links_active
color_entry_interaction_links_visited

do you want them the same color as with the modules?

I removed these lines from Golden Ticket, since there wasn't any images:

set image_background_entry_position = "top left";
set image_background_entry_repeat = "repeat";
set image_background_header_position = "top left";
set image_background_header_repeat = "repeat";
set image_background_module_position = "top left";
set image_background_module_repeat = "repeat";
set image_background_page_position = "top left";
set image_background_page_repeat = "repeat";

(And similar form Subtle Almond).

I've also rearranged stuff a bit, but yeah, other than that no changes *g*

FYI, patch is in zilla, just waiting for the generic anchor links colors before it can be committed. (Same with B/W and W/B)
