Tags management stuff

Guys, I'm opening up tag management to all members, as it would be good to have more people able to remove tags from an entry. This doesn't affect all that many people, but I'm thinking of wyntarvox. in particular, who is "claiming" a lot of the theme entries for conversion (*_____*), and should be able to remove the ":not done" tag while he's at it.

Also, I just renamed :done/:not done to :claimed/:unclaimed, because those are clearer about the actual use of the tag.

And yeah, that's it!

Hello, could you add a tag for Tranquility III, too? cesy and I did a few submissions for that one already.

Kinda OT but would you mind putting a link to the submission guidelines in the sidebar? I know I can find it via the !information tag or the community info but I always look for it in the sidebar and I think it'd be quicker this way. Maybe I'm not the only one...

What is the 'patched' tag for?
Would it be possible to remove the 'unclaimed' tag on posts which have been claimed? I'd do it myself but I'm not allowed to. Only when you have a moment, please. I guess you have much more important things to care about right now. *hugs*
