Ciel, 1 new colour theme.

Here's my first go at a colour theme for Ciel. I was inspired by rising's use of webfonts to enhance an already good theme, so I decided to do one that looks a bit cute and friendly.

Hi there!

Unfortunately (and it's really a pity because I love this) we can't use this background image file, because even though it's Creative Commons-licensed, it's "NC" (non-commercial use only). We qualify as commercial use, so we can't use it. (We can only use things that are licensed CC-BY, CC-BY-SA, or in some, but not all, cases the variants with 'ND' in them.)

Is there a different background you'd like to use, with one of those licenses?

I'm thinking of creating one that's similar to the one that's currently in use as a background, or finding one that has a less restrictive licence (and possibly recolouring it, if I have to).

As long as you create it yourself, we're golden. If you recolour an image from somewhere else, even if you did the work yourself, we'd still need to do a licence check on the original image, so pick something that's CC-BY or CC-BY-SA!
