Hmm, the yellow for the visited links in Modish/Clean Sheets is almost invisible against the white background in my browser (FF 3.5.2 on Mac OSX 10.5.8)

Much better contrast, yes. It was probably there before too, I just didn't notice it until now, but when you hover over the links in the nav links module in the sidebar the text gets almost invisible. The contrast between the dark blue of the background and the slightly lighter blue of the link text is hardly noticeable on my computer.

Red definitely works better.

<3 for the fantastic conversion job. I've added a few other touches to put it in patch form, but I had to do barely any work at all. Thank you so much for picking up EasyRead!

Thanks so much for this Zvi!

Can I be thick and ask how I use that layersource thingy? I mean, can I use the style now instead of just my CSS?

Hmmmm.

Look everybody, see Ricky fail at advanced styles!

What do I do next? I copy-pasted the numbers, and did it twice...

I did all that too, to test; http://jd.dreamwidth.org/?s2id=90034 is the result. I think the CSS cleaner is eating the CSS somehow? because in the source after the base DW css stuff like contextualhover.css I see this:
<style type="text/css">/* Cleaned CSS: */

</style>
<style type="text/css">
/* Cleaned CSS: */

</style>

I can file a support request if that's what's needed at this point, though. :)

Edit: Scratch all that. Talking about it in irc, [personal profile] afuna figured out something to make it work. Apparently the Advanced Styles page is buggy atm and drops the layout layerid when you press "change", so after you hit change, you have to go back and re-enter the layout layerid, then put the theme layerid in. Now it works fine :)

There's a bug apparently, Afuna and Wyn and JD showed me a workaround and now it's working perfectly!

Thank you so much :) :)

D'oh, meant to grab you in IRC before you left. I'm doing a run through [site community profile] dreamscapes to pick up themes etc. to turn in to patches. I saw you were working on making the patch for Easyread; are you planning to do the same for the other themes you've posted here? No worries if not, I just don't want to step on toes and start doing ones you want to do yourself. :)

in drifting / idolatry, the "powered by" is so dark that it's not readable on the background.
